What impressed you most while you were studying in Stuttgart?

I appreciated the most a different kind of approach to interior architecture. In comparison to my university Stuttgart was more theoretical and also more focused on architecture. We had a lot of interesting lectures about architecture and they inspired me to do research on my own as well.

What was the biggest challenge for you while working with people from other countries?

The most challenging part for me was to learn that one’s usual way of doing things is not the only right way. It’s good to learn to appreciate different ways of working and question your own methods at the same time. It’s not only about working with people from other countries but also about being all foreigners in a completely new environment.

What could you integrate into your professional life?

In general I think I know now better what are my strengths and weaknesses. Also the projects that we did gave me new points of interest in my field. The most interesting topics for me were new materials and corporate architecture. In general it was good to learn to work with people from other countries and to adapt to different surroundings.
